We will take care of your books so you can focus on running your business.

We primarily use cloud-based systems, such as QuickBooks Online* or Xero, to track and organize daily transactions. We will help you migrate your accounting process over QuickBooks Online or Xero, so you can review your books from anywhere with internet access.

With monthly bookkeeping, you can expect to see a current snapshot of your company's financial situation at the end of each month. If you need up-to-date financial information on a more frequent basis, just let us know and we will be happy to accommodate.

* QuickBooks Online subscriptions through us are eligible to receive up to a 50% discount.

We will make sure you are getting paid for your services.

We will send invoices to your clients, maintain an A/R aging report of outstanding invoices, and directly follow up with clients on unpaid invoices. For clients who pay via paper checks, we can also deposit into your company bank account at the bank for you.

We will make sure your bills are getting paid timely.

We will process invoices you receive and ensure payments are made on-time to your vendors, suppliers, and anyone else who needs to be paid. We will establish an approval workflow so no payments are made without your consent.

We will set up your payroll process and ensure your employees or independent contractors are paid timely.

We primarily use Gusto to manage the payroll process. We will set up your business with Gusto and work with you on any fringe benefits you may like to offer. We will run payroll on a recurring frequency (e.g., biweekly, semimonthly, etc.) and ensure all of your federal, state, and local payroll taxes are filed and paid. At the end of the year, we will issue Form W-2's to your employees and 1099's to your independent contractors.

If you have not done any bookkeeping for months or even years, or believe they were done incorrectly, we will get your books caught up and cleaned up accurately.

We will take a deep dive into all of your transactions and reclassify them appropriately. We have experience in the various methods of accounting (cash, accrual, and modified cash) and will give you a set of books that your business needs. We want to allow you to see where your business stands from a financial perspective, and help enable you to make well-informed business decisions.

After getting your books caught up, we hope to continue our relationship by providing our Monthly Bookkeeping service, in which we will ensure to continue recording transactions consistently and accurately.
