Our online accounting service allows you to outsource your accounting process. In order to do so, we will set you up on cloud-based systems, such as QuickBooks Online or Xero. This will allow you to review your books on your computer or mobile device from anywhere you have internet access, and will also allow us to update your books at any time.

Supporting documentation for cash receipts and payments can also be electronically sent straight into the cloud-based systems, and we can pick it up from there to handle the accounting. Depending on your number of transactions and preference, we also have solutions to automatically integrate transactions directly from your vendors into the cloud-based systems to save you the hassle of electronically sending the support.

The primary goal is to streamline the accounting process so you have as little involvement as possible. We want you to just handpick the services you need and expect them to be done.

We accept payments made with paper check, credit cards, or ACH. Note that credit cards payments are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Allowing us to serve you and handle your accounting will give you more time to do other things, whether it be business or personal. Additionally, our expertise is in accounting so we know on how to organize your books so it can be best utilized for review and tax purposes.

The fee will be dependent on the services you pick and the amount of time it takes to complete the work, but we can guarantee it will not come close to hiring an in-house accountant.

We generally begin with an hourly fee for the first few months. Once we have a handle on the workload, we opt to charge a monthly fixed fee to continue the selected services. We find that clients prefer this approach as it removes the unpredictability an hourly rate can bring.
